Very clean and the size of the room is perfect (almost big compared to european standard). Location is good as it's close enough to a big train station. There's a shopping street next to the hotel so eating out, getting coffee won't be an issue. Train to center Vienna is super efficient as well. Staff also are well trained and friendly. Great hotel.

The hotel is situated in a nice neighbourhood, on Mariahilferstrasse. You can have a pleasant walk to the Ring and the old city centre. It is also situated close to the train station and the underground.

The frontdesk staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was adequately sized for the price, the AC also kept the room cool, and the location is just phenomenal! There are a lot of bars, cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It’s situated in a safe neighborhood with plenty of markets and stores nearby for shopping. There were also many restaurant options in the area. The hotel is very close to both metro and tram stations, so you can reach almost all major attractions with a single means of transportation. A big advantage was the supermarket inside Westbahnhof, open from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM — incredibly convenient! The hotel was clean, and the staff were attentive and helpful. The only minor inconvenience was that you need to inform the reception if you want your towels or bed linens changed. Tip for future guests: Google Maps often suggests tram routes by default, but I highly recommend checking the U-Bahn (metro) options as well. The metro is usually a much faster and more efficient way to get around the city.

Great location, close to transport options and some places of interest, in a nice, safe area of the city. We were happy to be greeted with a bottle of sparkling water. A convenient hotel if you need something close to Wien Westbahnhof, but pretty basic.

Fantastic location in a lovely area, easy public transit access, shops and great restaurants. Westbanhof was a 8 minute walk and Wien Hbf a 15 min ride on the tram. The rooms were comfortable although small. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This is an okay hotel with clean but not particularly spacious rooms. Within this price range it is about what you can expect though if you are looking for charm and a Vienna-vibe this might not be the most "romantic" choice.
